There are many Android Wear Smartwatches available in the market LG G Watch, G Watch R, Moto 360 etc. if you are also one of many who is using Android Wear smartwatch then recently you might be questioning yourself as why instead of the standard “Connected” dialog, you are seeing “Connected running sync loop.” Let me explain to you but first of all be calm as there is nothing to worry about it.
Both of the messages as ‘Connected’ and the other ‘Connected running sync loop’ means the same thing. You are seeing this new message because you have enabled Developer options on your Phone and that’s why the phone is showing because it prompt Android Wear Display that you are actually a developer and actually needing some tech info.

If you want to disable the Developer Options on your Phone, Go to Settings > Developer Options > disconnect and reconnect your watch which will toggle back to the standard “Connected” message instead of Connected running sync loop message. Developer Option when Toggled On show you quite the detailed info actually like “Waiting (x) seconds to retry connection” when your watch is out of range as well as Report/View wearable report bug.
Some users were thinking that if they are seeing “running sync loop” then their devices are going to drain more battery power but it’s not true. This message is simply to give away the detailed info, which is showing up because you have ‘Developer Options’ enabled so if you don’t want to see these messages then just turn the feature off and reconnect your watch.
